Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT You are aware that you are required to pay a deposit to secure your date. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. A $50 plus tax Deposit is due per each character you reserve. Deposit gets deducted from the total balance. BALANCE DUE The remaining balance will be due the date of the event upon arrival/before we start the show in CASH!!. NO EXCEPTION! No other methods of payment would be acceptable. We no longer accept Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle! If we arrive and you don’t have cash ready and need to get the money out we will gladly wait but the time we are waiting will be deducted from the total time we were hired. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE If the event is canceled the deposit is non-refundable. You will lose the deposit if you cancel the party. If you reschedule, you must reschedule 2 WEEKS ahead of time. You only get 1 rescheduled. If you decided to cancel or reschedule second time you will have to start a new reservation and your original deposit will be lost. When reserving 2 or more characters and later on deciding to just do 1 character instead of 2 the deposit paid for the other characters would NOT go towards the new balance due. That money will be lost. CANCELLATION UPON ARRIVAL If we arrive and you decide to cancel you are responsible to pay the full balance due to our team. NO EXCEPTION! NO RESCHEDULE are allow the same day of the party!
